How To Start Your Day A Little Happier
Have you ever noticed that when you have a bad morning, it can set the mood for your entire day. I have been making a strong effort lately to start my day on the right foot and feeling happier. By making a few simply changes over the summer to my morning routine, I have already experienced a shift in my happiness levels. It has helped me to feel calmer, less hurried, and my days are overall more positive. The best part is that the shift has spilled over into the lives of my family members and most everyone around me.
