Wardrobe Capsuling Series

I'm currently in love with my closet. If you were to take a peek at this very moment, what would you see? A floor covered in shoes, neatly ordered by color and style. A row of simple dresses, mostly black. And a few stacks of folded tee shirts, jeans, denim button-downs, and sweaters. Over the last year, I have been on a mission to answer the questions "what are my wardrobe essentials?" "What are my "must-haves?" Well the must-have's for me are at this very moment the things that I cannot live without, every single thing hanging in my closet. Plus, a few things that are on my wardrobe wish list.

They are the items that always make you feel confident, sexy, and sophisticated season after season. They are the old reliable pieces that bring us comfort on our worst days and sky-high confidence in the boardroom.

Defining your style can be challenging. After all, we all live a multifaceted life with daily activities at school, work, home, and socializing. Personal style is about knowing who you are at all times and matching your personality to your image. It does not require a lot of money or a specific brand to look stylish. Great style only requires you to be the best version of YOU.

I'm thrilled to share with you my journey to creating a minimal wardrobe and how you can begin to create your own capsule wardrobe. Today, I am kicking off a new beauty and style series that I have been planning for weeks:: Simplified Wardrobe. With this new series, I'll be taking a look at trends that a hard to style and essential pieces that everyone needs in their closet. I'll show you how to put the pieces together and build a wardrobe that you love.

Stay tuned for more from this new series.
